When you list your product on Amazon, you must have a GS1 registered UPC for your products. If your item does not have a UPC on it, you can request a UPC exemption, the information found for that is here. If you still have issues, please reach out to Seller Support and they will be able to take a look for you. Ensure that you provide them with all the information that you are trying to create your listing with, including a link to the manufacturers website.
