GTIN Exemption application broken

I have been trying for hours to complete the GTIN exemption form but when i click submit it just spins and spins. this while process and the back end user interface of this amazon seller central is top 3 worst experiences I have ever seen. the site is clunky and disorganized, its confusing and horribly laid out. this has been a complete nightmare.

I've checked with our tech team and we currently do not experience any issues with our platform.

Try to clear your browser's cache+cookies, restart your device and try again. If that doesn't work, try from another device. If that fails, please reach out to seller support, as they will be able to take a look at your account to see if there is anything preventing you to submit the GTIN exemption.
