hi I'm a amazon seller since last 4 years we have launched many new products. in amazon we had good respect on amazon since we notice this. the issue is last 7-9 months our orders are getting decreased, we thought it could me low sale in this year or due other new sellers' competition but when i used search my products using relative keywords from my lap browser it will show top of the page even my Neighbours and relative account my product will appear in 1 page top which is same some slight changed Chennai pin codes, and we have already using amazon adds. we will receive calls from amazon advertising team Offen to increase the budget and recommended for display ads etc. so last 7 months. our income is like whatever we earn from amazon we spend it to amazon adds. i thought after June 2024 it get over good sales will come up but just few day before i discovered in Chennai pin codes which is my business place only my products is showing in first page top. other pin codes all over India totally my products are not showing. even in the 1-10 pages just a example even after 10 pages also not showing so whenever we give adds our products will display on other pin codes, we will receive orders profits will perfectly go for adds. so I'm just working for amazon without any income, and we are a prime seller which given free delivery all over India for 2 years not now after this I have removed the prime badge. so just imaging you a top seller in particular product which my own brand I'm the seller approved to the brand I have the buy box for all products with prime only in Chennai Kanchipuram pin codes my products visibility is top other than that. any pin codes in same sate Coimbatore my products are not even showing. we are customizable products seller so we can't go for fba im very very disappointed. we going to stop focussing on amazon this to other new and old sellers just for you dont spend blindly on adds check you visibility not from your device or a new browser which your amazon account is not linked so will come to know about it evry one check thank you.
