Seller Identity Verification- How long will it take to verify ???
Hello,
I am so sorry that Amazon was unable to verify my seller identity because they were unable to verify the bank statement .
I have re-uploaded the required documents on June 12th, but it still under review today.The case id is 12921920761
The help page explain that verification could take up to two business days usually.
And I have look at my account health page and click the ' Identity ', but it just pops up ''contact seller support''.
Do i need to submit the documents again? What should i do next ? I need your help please !!!!

I understand you have concerns regarding the INFORM Consumers Act verification.
The time it takes the verification team to evaluate documents varies at this time. If you have not received a request for further verification items, I would continue to wait for the process to finish. I suggest also checking your case log, e-mail, and performance notifications for possible communications on this matter.
