Your rights have been revoked. Over thousand of sellers are having issue with brand registry and we have lost number of sales in the past 6-8 months and due to this. Our other sellers are selling on our listings and selling fake replicas and counterfeit products. If Amazon is stopping the right owners and allowing other sellers to use our brand name, then how come Amazon claims itself as Customer centric with such a poor system for brand protection?
Can we all file a complaint to CCI and Consumer court to protect the interest of our customers, since our brand name is mis used here.

Amazon revoke to file complaint from brand registry portal in case you submitting fake issue or you are not bale to describe Your issue properly.
Now you can submit infringement form.
Select Genuine reason .
We face same issue around 4-5 year but now we got the solution and now no one can misuse our TM even Image.

I completely agree with you as my trademark is also removed from brand registry without any valid reason.
Amazon's investigation team has no legal knowledge and their kids are just playing with the tools of the company. I have raised a solid complaint within Amazon regarding this and the investigation is going on.
Amazon's IP complaint investigation team has a proven track record of misunderstanding all complaints and appeals. I am highly frustrated with this specific team in Amazon.
