2,600 units randomly placed in FC processing?!

I have gotten 0 support from amazon regarding this matter every-time i call or open a case they tell me it will take a few days to get the units out of FC processing. This has completely tanked the products ranking as this was our best selling product and now sales are 0. Basically everything was fine and then the 1st of september all 2,600 units went into FC processing destroying my sales.
