Amazon is violating its own policies on return. Auto authorising returns even after 20 days of use against 10 days written policy. Amazon platform is becoming more and more difficult to sell at for sellers. How far sellers can bears the losses due to such biased decisions

I have contacted amazon SS so they quoted they have specialised right to accept the return if the customer return reason is genuine even after 1 year of delivery

I am also facing this auto-authorizing issue on my non-returnable items, which are male innerwear. The customer claims a refund by saying there is a fit issue. As per Amazon's policy fit issue, satisfaction-related problems are not covered under non-returnable items. But no one is listening.
