wrong return " satisfies Amazon’s return policy "

customer return wrong product worth of more then 6K.

In case ID 10715301112 amazon simply says all sellers must accept returns as a normal part of doing business if the return request satisfies Amazon’s return policy.

we seller here in the amazon platform for doing business and amazon thinks we here for charity. really amazon ?? it is how you satisfy the customers ? what about seller ?
