BUYER REFUNDS

I have bad experience with buyer refunds. I think some buyers are taking advantage of the amazon refund regime and defrauding sellers. I have some issues where Buyers are refunded without our knowledge and for whatever reason , we just dont know. All we see is refunded and when you follow, you still get no reason but they are refunded and its a worry to us.We need solution as out safe T IS ALWAYS DENIED when we appeal

You are correct in what you are seeing. There are two different classes of refunds.

1. Customer Service Refund. This are given when a buyer calls Customer Service and complains about the seller or the product they received. Customer Service will refund right on the spot. Buyers may be telling the truth or be making up a false story about how you are the worst seller on the site. The Rep refunds from your account and it will show up as an A-Z claim. You may be able to submit an appeal.

2. Requesting an Authorized Return and using RFS. In this case buyers select any return reason they want. 80% of our returns in this class are from buyers who buy the new product, use the product, and return the product on day 29 of the return window. they always select the wrong reason, so they do not have any deductible fees allowed to be subtracted from the refund. In this case, sellers can file a Safe-T claim in an attempt to be reimbursed the allowable fees.

This year has been the worst in being properly reimbursed when filing a Safe-T claim. It seems that there is some sort of Internal Corruption going on with the Team who approves claims.
