I started my account on Nov,23 and there are approx. 300-400 orders are rejected/undelivered. But amazon never pay my fee reimbursement. Write email many times to seller support but they are just copy paste the content.

Amazon does not reimburse shipping fees for rejected / undelivered. That's your expense, delivered or not. If the order is prepaid, refund fees is applicable. Commission charged is reversed.

For some of them, you might have even received the Refund. As Easy Ship Fee refunds are not posted on Order ID basis, there's a fair chance one might miss the entries. Have you checked in transactions. If not, do check there once.
Go to Payments > Transaction View > All account types > Transaction type (other) > Select the date range > Update.
If you don't find anything, then contact seller support with following details, better if an Excel sheet.
