Tiered promotions only display the first tier
Now tiered promotions only display the first tier on product detail page. Amazon still allows me to set up tiered promotion, but it doesn't show up on product detail page. What is going on?

Got a reply from Seller Support:
"The outcome to your issue is as follows: The Special offers and product promotions section will be removed from the Detail Page until further notice. Some seller promotions may not appear on the detail page as it used to under this section previously. In order to serve customers with the best promotions on a product, we may not be able to display all promotions that are created. If you do not see your promotion running on the detail page, it may be because your offer is not winning the buy box or your promotion is not considered to be in the top three for the ASIN."
I am the brand owner and the only seller of this product. There is only one promotion on the product. But the promotion is still not displayed in full. When a customer visits the product page he can only see the first tier discount. However when customer checks out, he will get the second or third tier discount not previously shown to him. This doesn't sound right.
Can someone at Amazon kindly let me know what is happening? If Amazon doesn't want to show the promotions to customers, what is the purpose of the tiered promotion program? Thank you!
