Effective March 17, 2022, we may recommend the weight and dimensions for your shipment at the time of scheduling. This is to improve your scheduling and pick-up experience. The recommended values will be populated automatically during scheduling along with a notification message.
If you feel that the recommended values are incorrect, you may update them before scheduling the order. However, you will receive a warning message if the updated values are outside the recommended range. If you edit the recommended values, then an Easy Ship fee will be charged basis the weights and dimensions entered by you.
As an Easy Ship seller, you acknowledge and agree that, in accordance with the Amazon Easy Ship service and runway program terms and conditions, you are responsible for providing accurate weight and dimension details while scheduling pickups for your Easy Ship orders.
In the event you are found to be providing incorrect information, Amazon shall have the right to take the necessary actions as mentioned in the Amazon Easy Ship: Incorrect weight and dimensions policy.

First you will recommend and then Impose it on us. We know our packages and its dimensions and do not need your false dimension and weight imposed on us. This is going to waste more of our time. You are not easing anything just making it difficult and time consuming. When listing we mention the weight and dimension then why start this stupid process and waste your money and our time.

All the products I have sell so far have been sent under their dimensions and weight has also been corrected.

the main issue is that the shipping charges which are charged by us is auto calculated on product weight but when we scheduling it the weight handling charges are calculated on volumetric weight, there will be a big rate difference between what seller is collecting from the customer and what seller is being charged by the amazon as weight handling charges. there is also a major issue which is coming that max number of products are been created by a big company so we are not allowed to change product weight to volumetric weight as most of the products are mapped.
