I have just discovered I no longer have access to my advertising account. It says there is no account. And on the app I can only access some countries, not my main country.

Has this happened to anyone? If so, what was the problem?

I have been in touch with seller support who have said a specialist will email me but I'm still waiting.

I'm very concerned my account is being hacked.
