ATS not picked up the shipment to AMAZON FBA
The shipments to amazon FBA is not picked up on the scheduled date by the ATS and the shipment is still with me (Selller) for past one week. And no proper response from the seller support team. Please guide me on this issue if any one faced similar issues in the past.

i had this issue once and i have one so called manager who is good for nothing but he shared hub incharge contact no. of my nearest hub. Then i talked to him then it was picked up by ats......
my suggestion on this is try to connect with your nearest ats hub from where those delivery pickup boys came for pickup and contact the hub incharge

Contact courier team . if does not have no. then visit ats hub in your city
