Unable to list product on new account
Hi, I hope everyone is doing well.
I want to list my first product on my Amazon professional account. It's a menusteral cup. I have distributor price sheet. It allows to sell on Amazon. But I am unable to do so.
What would be possible reason?

Most probably it's considered as a medical product and each seller needs special approvals, tests, FDA certifications...

to add, you need to be approved for that category and this being your first product you most certainly wont...

As @Seller_rI7BZIczK8iAC and @Seller_4zBzdtgCyS9EI note, you have those issues BUT you probably have another one as well.
Are you authorized IN WRITING by the BRAND to sell their items on Amazon? That means from the BRAND, not some random wholesale source that can NOT authorize anything – they only SELL.
More and more brands have provided a "whitelist" of their approved sellers and if YOU are NOT on the list you will be stopped in your tracks and probably hit with an IP violation.

It is a Class II medical device classified by FDA in Obstetrical and Gynecological Therapeutic Devices

Hi,
You need to take approval for this category. Kindly get in touch with amazon seller support.

Please note that if Amazon believes that a trademark is associated with a product that you are selling that is not approved by the brand for use in connection with that product, you may be asked to provide a Letter of Authorization from the relevant brand owner to show that you have permission to use their registered trademark.
