FC Proccessing and Charged on Aged
Hello, I have been struggling to find resolution for an issue I am having with FC Processing.
I have stock that has been FC Processing on two Asins. I am being charged aged surcharge fee on both of these Asins. One Asin has had stock processing from between 331-365 days and the other Asin has stock processing for 365+ days. I am being charged aged surcharge on both of these Asins and I am unable to sell, dispose of stock. I would appreciate if someone from amazon could view my case and help me find resolution.
