Pay on invoice a month later.
discussion.i am a small seller of personalised ribbons. Not VAT registered and can't wait for my daily disbursements to help the bank account. Sold an item and sent it immediately as always. Then was shocked to discover this was held for a month because the buyer a business customer has opted in this service to pay later so I have to wait. Bad enough.after you have to wait a couple of weeks as it is, but why should I wait because of an offer they have made. I have asked CS but they are taking time to reply but wondered where in the seller contract they said they could do this and yes I get they do what they want but this seemed unfair. Very disheartening.

Pay by Invoice was enabled for all sellers years ago when Amazon Business became a thing. It's certainly been around for 3-4 years its been on the site.
There's no way to opt out - you can however opt in to a Get Paid Faster scheme for a 1.5% fee.

I know this doesn't help you in this particular circumstance but I have now got into practice of request payments every 24 hours. Too many stories of sellers been locked out of their accounts for minor issues and just the lack of knowledge from seller support.
