weekends are once again being counted as delivery days for 'buy shipping', we have Saturday shipping OFF

Once again, we have orders from today, Saturday, where earlier today it was allowing us to print USPS GA...we waited until the evening to print the orders and they are now requiring expedited shipping at a much higher cost.

If Saturday is not considered a ship day then why would it make a difference whether we ship Saturday day or Saturday evening?

To compound this frustration they are NOT counting weekends as ship days for the delivery date shown to buyers, it is definitely adding Saturday and Sunday as extra days in the delivery dates, causing a large difference between what the buyer thinks is the delivery date promise and what we show as 'deliver by' on the orders.

We have a 99.86% on time delivery rate so that shouldn't be an issue.

We have opened previous threads on this but they were never solved and now are locked and we're unable to post on those, thus the new thread.

Anyone else having similar issues by chance? As usual support is just going to ignore this case until we HAVE to print or cancel the orders, then they'll blow some smoke acting like they're doing something....very frustrating trying to run a business this way.
