COD Orders
Dear fellow sellers,
Happy New Year!
I am writing here today, frustrated with COD orders. As soon as sales go up for my books the COD rejected orders also go up. In today's technological age where making payments is so easy, I feel COD should be discontinued. The same issue had occurred last year too. There has to be some accountability and responsibility from the customer's side too. Customer Support accepts RETURNS too for out-of-policy returns. Why? Kindly help me with suggestions.

Thank you for sharing your frustrations about COD orders. While I don't have the power to change COD policies I'd like to hear more about out-of-policy returns.
Could you provide more details about the cases where returns were accepted outside of policy?
Did you report these instances to Seller Support?

we are also facing same issues. Customers simply don't accept cod orders during delivery. Most of the cod orders are returning. Amazon should have a policy to stop this. Sellers bear so much loss because of this.
