Counterfeit issue - bad examination of invoice by Account Health Team
Hi, I am a seller that have sold 362 units of the same product with 5 star reviews. And suddenly one day a customer complains that my product is counterfeit (because they want to take me down), where as it is not a counterfeit product, it is a trademarked popular brand, then the account health team decided to close my listing if i don’t provide invoices. But, i had invoices from the supplier of the brand which was even stamped by them! I submitted multiple times and the account health team keep rejecting it without a reason. This is a very serious issue thats affecting my reputation and trustworthiness. Just because of one customer complaining, its an unfair practise to take down the listing even after PROVIDING INVOICES AND AUTHORIZATION LETTER!. Please i request someone from the management to investigate whats the issue because i NEVER SOLD A COUNTERFEIT PRODUCT!!!! . And i have been getting different items by returned customers. Check my SAFE-T claims. Its an urgent issue and let someone email me.

1ST - IF ITEM IS OF ANY MAJOR BRAND THEN YOU HAVE TO SHOW THEM INVOICE OF " AUTHORIZED DEALER / DISTRIBUTOR " WHICH AMAZON TEAM ALREADY HAVE DETAILS OF IN THEIR SYSTEM.
2ND - IF IT IS NOT OF A MAJOR BRAND AND ITS JUST A NORMAL TRADEMARK BRAND THEN I SUGGEST YOU TAKE YOUR INVENTORY DOWN AND LIST IT FROM YOUR OWN BRAND NAME BY TAKING BRAND APPROVAL FROM TEAM.

I am also facing the same issue. Sold more than 200 units and then because of 1 authenticity complaint, my listing is deactivated.
