TWO months ago I posted this nightmare issue. The Issue was investigated by Amazon, my screenshots proving and highlighting the issue did not make any difference. Amazon has let over 600 of my reviews vanish, that is a HUGE loss for my business, because I wanted to merge 6 related listings under a parent listing. This is incredibly unfair for Amazon to take two months to investigate and then just walk away and say there's nothing wrong. I am not just letting it go. I want my reviews back!!

Due to the missing reviews, my star rating dropped from 4.6 to 4.3. Which is not an honest reflection of my products!

----Two Months Ago----

I have 6 ASINs that I just merged under a parent listing and 19 ASINs that I just merged under another parent listing. The parent listing with 6 child ASINs has a combined 1100 reviews, and the one with 19 has a combined 800 reviews. Over the last 5 days that I merged these products, 600 reviews vanished from my 6 ASIN parent listing and 300 reviews vanished from my 19 ASIN parent listing.

I was under the impression that my reviews from all of my products in each parent listing would merge into the total of reviews that I have earned. I reached out to seller support about the issue and they seem very confused - responding with instructions on how to get feedback removal and explaining on why one review may have been removed.

If I separate my parent listings I expect that my reviews will reappear under each child listing, but I'd like them to stay together in a parent listing AND show all of their due reviews. I've spent almost 5 years earning them for these ASINs and I don't want to lose them.
