Amazon started removal order
Hello everyone.
I had a strange situation. over night amazon created a removal order of all my items (all the stock). I tried to write to them and 4 times I have received an obscure answer that my items are reserved in the warehose for processing and that they are tied to a removal order. They advise me to wait and receive them and then send them back to Amazon.
They did not answer my question why was that removal order created in the first place.
Also I am unable to cancel that removal order as that button is greyed out for some reason.
Has anyone had similar situation and could you advise anything?
thank you very much.

There are a couple of situations when the products may be returned back to you, without you even realising:
- Did you set up any automatic rules for long term storage, when items get to a certain amount of time (such as 1 year), and if not sold, then returned back to you perhaps?
- Is the product under recall by the manufacturer?
- Is there any product violations? counterfeit claims again the item?
- Is the product still available to list or does the brand no longer want the product for sale on Amazon, and has asked asked Amazon to put a block to sales?
- Is your account fully verified and everything okay?
Despite seller support not having much clue, I am sure there will be reason behind the removal order, you just may have to dig into this a little further rather than asking amazon "support".
