Refund Initiated after 4 months of delivery

Dear Amazon,

I see a sudden flood of email filling my email box and could see the refunds were getting issued after 4 months of delivery. I did not get my products back though the refund was initiated.

We got an email from 3rd Feb 2025 4:48pm to notify that the orders has been refunded. Now my question is where are those products which were refunded?
