Do B2B sessions count for PPC Sponsored Campaign.

We are getting 60% B2B clicks and I need to know,

1. Do B2B hits charge my advertising PPC? If so, it is destroying my Ad campaign.

2. How to block these B2B.

3. How can I get a report showing PPC for actual customers and B2B, separate cost. Differentiate between the two session clicks.

After opening 5 help sessions and getting all my help sessions forwarded to Advertising Dept. Of Amazon. I still have no answers and have been trying since Friday November 22, 2024.

Please assst, we are a new seller and Advertising is on hold until I can fix this, or I am worrying about a non issue.

Hello @Seller_oQ6S942Yhy50i- thanks for this question.

From reviewing with our Advertising support team, there is no current method for distinguishing between Amazon Business and Business to consumer campaigns, or blocking B2B customers from clicking on an advertisement.

If you are interested in reading more about advertising on Amazon Business in the future though, you can review this guide, or the program's home page!

I hope this helps,

Danny
