I closed a AMZ Seller Account and relaunched later.
In my newly relaunched account I was trying to do the Brand Registry but I am getting the following error -
"Brand is already enrolled.
The brand you have entered is already registered in Amazon Brand Registry. Your request to be added to the brand is pending review by the Brand's administrator."
The issue is I could not access the Amazon Brand Registry account which was linked to my earlier deleted seller account. It seems though the main seller account was closed but the brand is still registered with Amazon.
I am unable to approved as I could not access the old Amazon Brand Registry account.
I created the ticket but they are replying with same generic message without resolution.
Can someone help me resolve this?
