Even though it approves my invoice, it does not open my account

I purchased Oral-B replacement toothbrush head products and listed the products with this invoice. I shipped the products to send them to amazon. while my products were on the way, amazon suspended my account and asked me for invoices to prove the authenticity of the products. i sent the product invoices. on may 2, I received an e-mail that I could resell the products on amazon. i took a screenshot of the mail. but my account was not activated. i saw that the mail that I could resell the products was deleted. i do not know what to do in this situation. i have a screenshot of the incoming mail. For 2 months, my account has not been activated even though I have been sending invoices and defense letters. I contacted my supplier and he stated that Amazon contacted them and confirmed that the invoice and products were original.

Oral B is a huge brand, so you most likely need to get a LOA.
