Amazon Internal team issue
Since October 8, when our account was deactivated for authenticity verification purposes, we have diligently complied with Amazon's requests. We submitted all requisite documents to the Performance Team, including supply chain invoices and an authorization letter from Axis Y, promptly addressing all concerns raised.
Regrettably, despite our proactive cooperation and the provision of legitimate documentation, our appeals have been summarily rejected within a mere 10-minute timeframe. This raises serious doubts about the thoroughness and integrity of the internal review process.
Moreover, the recent communication from the inventory appeal team, demanding supply chain documentation for all inventory sent to Amazon for removal orders, has added to our dismay. Despite our immediate compliance by submitting these documents alongside business agreements confirming our wholesale partnership with Amazon, the outcome remains unsatisfactory.
The abrupt dismissal of our appeals without due consideration of our substantiated evidence, coupled with the unavailability of staff during the holiday season, indicates a worrying lack of procedural integrity.
We implore Amazon to reevaluate our case urgently and comprehensively. The authenticity of our products is unequivocally supported by legitimate documentation that can be verified through any legal platform. The current situation is not only jeopardizing our business but also eroding our trust in Amazon's internal assessment mechanisms.
