Customer claims refund by fake Reason

Order Id 404-6611484-6735561

This order contains 1 unit of Golden Kasturi Dhoops sticks (pack of 3 Pcs), and 1 unit of Rose Dhoops sticks (pack of 3 pcs)

Customer Claims that they have received Agarbati instead of Rose Dhoop sticks (pack of 3 Pcs)

kindly note Dhoop Packaging is different from agarbati packaging and it is not possible to for us to pack agarbati instead of dhoop. Again we if labelled some else agarbati order to this buyer then both (Golden Kasturi and Rose Dhoop) will not delivered and if such thing happen then other buyer will face the issue of different product received but there is no complaint from any other order which were shipped on that day.

further to note we have check CCTV to reconfirm the same. So we are sure buyer is fake and claim refund by wrong reason.

Why Amazon Auto Authorized the Refund?

Why Proof has not been shared to seller, if submitted by buyer at the time of claim, ?

When we contact seller support, they don't have access to check the proof, they cannot forward case to backhand team, they can not check how refund has been verified by customer support.

So If Any customer wants free products, they can by faking it, No Question asked OR No Action can be taken by sellers end.

Shame !!!
