Regarding Account Health

If any fellow seller having some resolution, please let me know.

At same time - 1. My Order Defefct Rate - 8.33% (2 out of 24 orders in last 60 days) - It means i have served 24 orders in last 60 days.

2. Late dispatch rate - 1.43% (1 out of 70 orders in last 30 days) - it means i have served 70 orders in last 30 days.

3. Valid Tracing rate is 81.82% (9 out of 11 orders in last 30 days) - means i have served 11 orders in last 30 days.

Now dont now wat ind of softwares and logics, Amazon works, when talk to any Account Health Manager, they straight forward say, YE TO SYSTEM NE PICK KIYA HAI DATA, HUM KUCHH NAHIN KAR SAKTE ISME.

They are not bother to provide any resolution, while keep on talking nonsense and illogical things, Order Defect Rate increased, even when customer didnt accept the order at time of delivery.

Amazon Customer Care instructs clients to not accept the order and return without accepting.

Sometimes it feels, Amazon chal rahi hai bhagwan bharose aur Amazon apne saare expenses nikaal rahi hai sellers ko harass karke.
