Dear Amazon,
We received recently customer rejected order ... return to seller not good condition means seals opened and some parts missing ...Whats' going on Amazon this is totally lose to sellers shipping fee and commession , product also ...
For example : 10 product purchase cost 2k means 200 per product in Amazon we got 10 orders order total sale of 5k after commession and shipping amazon given 3k So over all Profit was 1k right ... In that 3 products customer rejected we lose shipping cost of 400 of 3 ORDERS + commession of 400 + product cost 600 ( rejected products amazon not given sealed ones right) SOOO totally 400+400+600 =1400 OHHHH profit 1000 Lose 1400 it means 400 lose to SELLER ...
BIG QUESTION IS HOW WE CAN RUN THE BUSINESS
SELLERS are spend lot of time and money checking competitation .. and quality products to customers
Just customers are trust to BUY an Amazon 7 replacement or refund and every thing ...
Some customers use 3 days ruffely .. he simply said quality issue return it ....
THOSE PAIN ONLY KNOW THE SELLERS......( is this aggree every one)

Rightly said. And if we refund the buyer after cutting transport cost if buyer does not have valid reason to return, than they claim A2Z in which amazon refunds them from our account without even investigate the matter.
