Dear Seller Friends, Amazon supports fake buyers and fraud buyers more than the sellers. Otherwise how can they pickup fake products from the buyers and return to sellers without Claims approval.
Beware of such buyers it is actually worth cancelling the order then shipping if you know the buyer.
