Amazon automaticc issued refund to the item did not return back to seller
The buyer was supposed to return the item back, but Amazon already issued a refund after the buyer dropped off the item. But the item got lost or damaged during transit. I filed the claim but Amazon denied the request, saying that the claim did not cover damage or lost during transit. so that, there is no help or assistance from Amazon since I am not the shipper so I can't even claim to UPS. So now, I lost the shipping fee, item and fee.

If you purchased your outbound shipping through Amazon Marketplace Shipping Service (AMSS), then you may file a claim of loss or damage by calling UPS directly at 1-800-711-5914. Please see this help page:
