Same here...i have been waiting for the pick up to happen but the pick up agent is not coming to take the shipment...Mine is a new start up and it does not reflect my image very well on the buyers due to this issue...Money can be refunded but the tarnished image cannot be built again

the Amazon ATS service is very poor. I have been facing the issue of pickups for last 30 days there has been no solid resolution yet.
1 the pickup person doesn’t come on time to collect.
2. The pickup executive are rude when asked to adhere to the slot timings & threaten to not collect orders for the next day.
3. The pickup executive collects the orders without scanning, if he looses one there’s no trace of it.
Every day it is a new story new scam by ATS.
This issue is being faced by so many Amazonsellers & Amazon hasn’t come up with any solutions for it.

i filled the form and did every step but when will i get a response for this form , because Pickupboy threatened me and didnot came to pickup the orders also .
