FBA Lost WArehouse/Damaged warehouse- Seller Cost
Is anyone else having all lost/damaged warehouse reimbursement disputes denied? Even if we supply an invoice they won't give us cost AT ALL. There is no way for us to upload cost invoices for every item as we have 50,000 sku's. So they don't have an easy way to upload cost as I can't give invoices for all 50k products and yet if we don't do this they won't reimburse us cost. This is insanity. The policy clearly states you can dispute any reimbursement for 60 days. They are saying if you didn't update your cost then they will "estimate it", but with thousands of sku's how in the heck do they expect us to update this? We tried to update 3k sku's via excel and they wanted an invoice FOR EVERY SINGLE ONE!!!!! This is beyond unreasonable all the while Amazon is making tons of extra profit as we are losing our money since we have no reasonable way to follow this policy.

all denied. Yet the policy clearly says we have 60 days to dispute a reimbursement value and they will cost unless
"Your submission is an outlier compared to similar products or our cost estimate.
Any documentation is forged, tampered with, or illegible.
Your account is suspected of fraud, significant policy violations, or non-compliant selling activities.
You already submitted and received a decision on a cost update request or reimbursement amount dispute for the same item within the last 30 days and have not supplied any new information to reconsider our decision."
Yet, we fall under none of the above and they are ALL being denied. This is just two weeks worth of lost warehouse and damaged warehouse. Not including lost inbound or lost outbound or damaged/switcheroo returns from fba customers.

@Seller_rr45B3vDsauwa Hello there! As of right now the only way you are able to update your sourcing cost in bulk is via the Bulk upload button in the Manage Your Sourcing Cost page.
You can generate a pre-populated template by downloading the sourcing cost for the SKUs in question. The template will include ASIN, FNSKU, Amazon estimated cost, latest approved cost, source of latest approved cost, currency, date of latest approved cost, and a column to enter updated cost values.
If you are needing supporting documents for any FNSKU after the bulk cost submission, you must submit them individually through the Manage Your Sourcing Cost page. Although this is the only option right now, we are working on a bulk document upload feature to improve this process further!
I hope the bulk template helps alleviate some of the added work you are concerned with in this thread!
