PRIME BEST DEAL NOT WORKING !! Please, need urgent help
4 out of 5 of our Prime Best Deals are not working properly. They are showing as running ever since the beginning of Prime Day Deals and I contacted the Seller Support multiple times, they told me to just wait. I waited for half a day and my SKUs are still not having the PRIME DEAL TAG, causing us massive losses in sales.
@Amazon, please help. None of the deals has any warnings or issues with them. We've set those deals at least 1 month in advance too.

The issues are for each separate deal, each deal is for a single SKU

mine look exactly the same,. everything is normal i ran a deal last week without a problem but today of course murphys law it would go sideways

I got it solved! This is what is causing everyone’s issue. The reason it shows running but not on the detail page is that it is suppressed. It is being suppressed because the minimum seller price that is set on the dashboard for the product is higher than the deal. So you need to go into your dashboard and edit the product. Then go to the offer section and go to the minimum product price. You need to make this price lower than whatever your deal price is going to be. Save it and that will fix it. Give it 15 min or so to fully populate Amazon systems. Best of luck!
