Lisint Supresses because we used iPhone in Listing Title
Hello Seller community,
I am fairly new seller on Amazon. I am selling iPhone 14 Pro, Pro Max and Plus Clear cases (5 in 1). The listing was live in USA marketplace since May 30th. Yesterday 7/20 I enabled listing for Canada. After enabling listing for Canada Amazon algorithm suppressed my listing because I have iPhone word in the listing. The listing was suppressed under reason of "Using intellectual Property. I contacted Seller support, in my seller account I dont see any violation that I have to take case of. The support personal said that I have to get permission form Apple to use iPhone as a word in listing. Is it true? Can any one help me? Here is my Title of one of the listing. The title is similar for other listing just difference in model.
[5 in 1 iPhone 14 Plus case Clear, [Magsafe Compatible], [Not Yellowing] 2X Screen Protector + 2X Camera Lens Protector [Military Grade Drop Protection] Shockproof Slim Case…
Please advice.
Thanks

Hello @Taouri
Thank you for the information provided. I understand that your listings have been deactivated due to the use of ‘IPhone’ in the listing. When it comes to branded product, they do need to be set up correctly otherwise they are open to receiving a violation. If you are listing a product that is compatible with the brand, you will want to list it in a specific way.
[Your Product’s Brand Name] + [Product Name] + "for"/”compatible with”/”fits”/”intended for” + [Brand of Main Product] + [Main Product Name] + (other product title elements, if applicable)
If it is not set up in this format, then you do run the risk of the violation being given. We would recommend updating it if you have not already done so. Once updated, you will want to provide a submission letting our team know that the required updates have been made.
If you encounter any additional issues or concerns, continue to refer here for additional support.
Your friend,
