Need more information about plan of action

My self Rose Gallery . My account get suspended due to I listed product that I was not approved to Sale . I listed these products through amazon seller app. Scan and list . Even I do not know that which brand I SALE OR NOT . I accept my mistake .
Also noted that my account health is good and zero complaints and 100% positive feedback .

I send plan of action . Seller Support team replied that need more information . Finally I get following mail.

Team we listed brand “L’Oreal products” which we were not authorized to sell on our account. We accept our mistakes and take full responsibility of this violation on our account and assure you going forward the same mistakes will not be repeated on our account.

Following are the Steps taken to prevent future policy violations:-

We have deleted all “L’Oreal” products as well as other from our account mean removed entire listed inventory.

We will seek approval from the brand approval team/Category approval team/seller performance team before listing any branded product on our account.

As per the policies and guidelines laid down by Amazon we will seek approval first for “L’Oreal “ as well as other brands by providing the required legal documents and once we are approved then only we will list the product on our account and sell online.

We have gone through Amazon Policies and Seller Agreements updated on our amazon account for better understanding about the overall aspect of our account

We will meet the additional requirements and qualifications to sell certain brands on amazon without violating any policies laid down by amazon from time to time.

Certain products are under restricted category so we will seek approval first before we go ahead and list the products on our amazon account.

We have also gone through Amazon Policies under the seller university to make ourselves updated so that going forward there is no breach of amazon policies from our end.

We will review our account on weekly basis and will promptly reply to any notification received from amazon on our account.

Going forward there will be no breach or policy violation from our end on our account. We will take utmost care and follow every single procedure under the specified guidelines of amazon policies from time to time.

We will make all our branded purchases from brand authorized distributors only with proper invoices in place. Before purchase we will check the authenticity of suppliers, after getting sure , we will purchase from them.
