Country of origin information for FBA products

I am in the process of adding this information to my products. First I went to reports then inventory reports. Can not find category listing report under the available options. So much for the bulk option

Next, I went to individual listings and used the edit listing tab. One listing had the country of origin in the listing, the next two did not.

Why are we required to do things that don’t work when I follow the instructions? Does anyone test this stuff before telling us what to do?

Good Afternoon @Seller_phmNDY23kCaLd,

If I am understanding your question correctly, you are trying to add your Country of Origin on all your listings? I am attaching a help page -->HERE<-- and also sharing the steps below:

To provide country of origin information:

  • Go to Manage All Inventory to upload by product
  • Go to Add Products via Upload to upload in bulk

Please repeat the same process for all of your selling stores. If you don’t know your product’s Country of Origin, contact your supplier.

Feel free to let us know if we can help answer any more of your questions or you may reach out to Selling Partner Support at anytime. Have a wonderful weekend!

Sincerely, Cooper_Amazon

Good Evening @Seller_phmNDY23kCaLd,

I did receive further instructions that might help you from our partner team implementing this policy:

If you do not have the Category Listings Report functionality available from the drop down menu of your inventory reports, please reach out to Selling Partner Support so they can provide you with access to this report.

The Category Listings Report allow you to download your existing contribution SKUs in Microsoft Excel spreadsheets that can be edited and uploaded to update their listings.

Once the editing is done, the template can be saved and the upload can be done by accessing from Seller Central>Catalogue>Add Products via Upload>Browse files>Submit products.

To ensure the Country of Origin (COO) compliance in future please repeat the same process for all stores in scope. If COO is present for all your Offering SKUs, no further action is required.

Hope this new information helps. Have a fabulous rest of the week and take care.

Sincerely, Cooper_Amazon
