Seeking Advice on Shipping 60 Pallets to FBA Using Full Truckload (FTL) - Avoiding Multiple Locations

I am preparing a 60-pallet shipment to FBA and would like to use Full Truckload (FTL) shipping to minimize costs. I'm looking for the most cost-effective method, as I do not want to pay for a full truckload to 9 or 12 different locations.

I am very familiar with Small Parcel Delivery (SPD) and Less Than Truckload (LTL) shipping. In the past, I could simply call my full truckload Amazon Freight rep, provide the PO IDs, and they would consolidate shipments to one location, or even three locations if it was over 50 pallets. This was a straightforward process.

However, with the introduction of placement fees, my rep's ability to consolidate shipments has been restricted. As a result, the shipments can no longer be combined in the same way.

Could someone please provide detailed guidance on how to efficiently manage FTL shipments under the current Amazon FBA shipping policies? Any tips or alternative methods to reduce costs and simplify the process would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Hi @Seller_IMKR8N6HXfcfd, does your shipment include a mix of standard-size items, non-standard-size items, or special handling categories?
