Thanks for your reaching out with your question. In general these compliance reviews take on average 15 business days however in some instances it can take longer. If you provide your Compliance Review Case ID I will review and see what options exist. Thank you for your understanding.

This was assigned when I first submit the compliance documents.
On the other hand, my Chinese manufacturer also sells the same sort of product and they told me that they submitted the same document for compliance, and got approval in 5 days. they are selling the product for more than 5 months over me. As an AMERICAN company, it is sometimes quite difficult to make sense of this situation. Thank you.
