FBA: Return not expected. No inventory returned back and no reimbursement
Hi Amazon Seller Support.
I have a problem with the full refund to customer, no product returns needed, and no reimbursement from either the customer or Amazon.
I created a case ID:14908781701
They responded "Amazon will not reimburse sellers for items that cannot be returned, unless the item is non-returnable due to a reason for which Amazon takes responsibility. We make that determination based on the reason for the refund request provided by the customer"
But the customer listed reason for return was "Damaged during transit".
Does Amazon not take responsibility of item being damaged by their couriers to reimbursement the seller?
So now I have no product return, no reimbursement, and a full refund to the customer.
Would like to know what else I can do?
