You can apply for GSTIN online or through a tax consultant even though you are not in the category of Tax. Apply for GSTIN at https://www.gst.gov.in/ which is free of cost and then move to Amazon. Its better to meet a tax consultant as after receiving GSTIn you need to file returns even if there is zero sale or its not under tax bracket.
