Fake product review
Dear Amazon Support Team,
It appears that some new product releases are getting quick 1-star fake reviews. Would someone kindly assist removing it on our product listing that contains misleading and factually incorrect information. The review in question states:
"For a $100, it’s cheaply made. Fair price should be about $10, and then on a lightning deal for $5. Aluminum at the handle only, rest is complete plastic. Feels like it can easily fall apart. I returned it and I had to also pay return shipping (even though I have Prime. Avoid!"
This review inaccurately reflects the product’s materials and overall quality. The product is manufactured in Germany with high-quality components, including a substantial portion of aluminum, not just the handle. Additionally, the return policy referenced in the review is not related to our listing but instead pertains to Amazon's return process.
Furthermore, this product is one of the top five sellers for the Vauth-Sagel brand and is sold by hundreds of reputable sellers across the USA each month, as can be verified through online searches.
Moreover, the claim regarding paying for the return is entirely false, as our account is set up to automatically approve returns and provide prepaid return labels to customers.
