Legal Action Against Amazon ATS Team for Deficiency In Service

We are planning to file a consumer court case against the Amazon ATS team for deficiency in service for which they are paid. Sellers are the direct consumer for the Amazon ATS team since Amazon does not charge the buyers for the shipping and returns.

We have few sellers from our area who are willing to join and file along with us, since they are facing the same issues. We have reported these issues to Amazon multiple times but there are no action taken till now.

We are looking for other sellers to join who are facing the similar issues and can join. If we can have sellers from different regions, we can prove that certain practices are across the board and Amazon ATS team is using unethical practices. Since the case is against Amazon ATS, we cannot use any of the customer related issues. So the issues needs to be very specific to Amazon ATS team.

Here are our issues for which we have enough proof that Amazon ATS team is behaving unethically.

  1. We are receiving customer reject packages in place of customer returns. Most of those packages are of the next in line vendor. The local station is just printing our return shipping label and pasting those on the next vendor packages while stealing our packages. We have even received customer invoice for different orders in those packages. Informed Amazon through multiple channels but no action is taken. This is an issue in our line where the local station is involve in this unethical practices. Safe-T claim can’t be the answer here as we can’t claim so many packages and it limits our capability to create claim for the fraud customers.

  2. ATS team local station is not delivering many of the customer return packages. They mark many packages out for delivery but sends only few packages. Amazon does not have a tidy report to find which packages are delivered and which are not, so we need to lot of manual work to keep track of packages which are aging between 50-70 days and not delivered. Many of these packages are not being reimbursed in Amazon lost and damage policy and Safe-T claim is getting denied that the attempt was made and we have not received the packages. Now we are making a video of every interaction with the DA and return deliveries to prove that no attempt is made.

Amazon should have a report where a seller can easily track the in transit packages and check if they are returned properly or not. They have knowingly made it difficult so sellers will miss these packages and they do not have to pay for those stolen packages. They do send an email about the easy ship reimbursement activity but never send an email about the packages which has not been delivered while deemed no reimbursement for them.

Since this is specific to Amazon ATS team, we need sellers who has proof about the Amazon ATS team misusing their position and transferring the loss to seller. same issue we are facing here in LUCKNOW.
ATS are stealing the packages (customer return and RTO), also sometimes if you track your returns you will get to know that even customer is not receiving the correct packages.

pickup boy and whole ATS team is involved in this

It seems some top executive is Inefficient & has made All of Amazon services pathetic . Amazon easyship was used to be best 2 years ago but these days it is becoming pathetic & changing policies are making it difficult to work on Amazon for a seller .We are also afraid of Easyship , next we try our own arrangements for shipping & if does not works for us we will put all the listings on Holiday for the time till things imporove on Amazon as selling of Amazon is not neccesary for us . If any senior from Amazon.com usa Headquarters reading this post kindly take a note with senior executive’s of amazon india and ask them whats going on here .Seller’s are having increasing issue’s day by day selling with Amazon.

I am self shipper, and all return handle by Amazon and 98% return comes through ATS.

A customer placed order on 2nd August 6:05 PM, and we ship order in morning of 3rd August. Now customer raise return on 3 August 7:40 PM, and return picked up on 4th August 3:40 PM by ATS.
Money RefundOnFirstScan.
But actually order sent to customer on 3rd August is still in transit and not reached in buyer’s city.

So what ATS picked up in return from customer?

We also never mail about all issue to customer support because we know the answer.

Count me in as well, Amazon agents are not coming to pick the orders I received and even they are not responding well. The pick up service of Amazon agents in Saharanpur is so pathetic as tens of my orders has been cancelled just because no pick up by amazon pick up agents.

Same issue we are facing in Kolkata and here we are received lot of tampered packed and product are missing in the packet all packet are courier return shipment. ATS person evolved in theft. We need take strong action against ATS jointly.
