Issue with EPA Coc and/or CARB EO Compliance

I have an item listed that needs an EPA CoC or CARB EO. I have changed the listing to reflect these numbers several times and every time I get a message from Amazon that says :

Hello,

For the ASIN: B0C6W3XN5W

This product has been identified as requiring a U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Certificate of Conformity (COC) demonstrating compliance with federal emissions requirements. To have your product reinstated, please provide the product’s valid EPA COC number.

NOTE: Once a valid EPA COC number is provided, the listing will be reinstated within three days automatically. For more information and instructions on how to provide the EPA COC number, please see our Federal Emissions – Products requiring EPA Certificate of Conformity Seller Help Page: https://sellercentral.amazon.com/help/hub/reference/external/GKJXWS7VY64WZZ7K.

In lieu of an EPA COC, we will also accept a valid California Air Resources Board Executive Order (CARB EO) number demonstrating compliance with California emissions requirements. Once a valid CARB EO number is provided, the listing will be reinstated within three days. For information and instructions on how to provide a CARB EO number, please see our California Air Resources Board (CARB) Seller Help Page: https://sellercentral.amazon.com/help/hub/reference/external/G202082160.”

Thank you for selling with Amazon,

I have received this message three times in a row after updating the listing. I have asked for more details, but just get the same canned response. What can I do differently?

ASIN: B0C6W3XN5W

UPC: 850046628054

SKU: GN-1QIO-NQLZ

Hi there @Seller_UsQDJK67WWr6U,

I've reviewed your case and at this time the case is fairly aged and I don't see an open case with Seller Support in several months on this issue. At this time I'm going to request you reach out to Seller Support to request that they initiate a restricted products review for your ASIN in a new case with all your information. If you get the same response please reply with the new Case ID and I will investigate to see what other escalation options I can provide. Thank you for your understanding.
