Counterfeit Infrigement - Ia Amazon protecting sellers that are doing fraud and scam ???
I have the case where competitive seller is claiming that we are selling counterfeit product.
We have sent couple of e-mails to this person asking for the reason of his claim and he answered after 2 weeks.
Here is the answer:

So he is not answering on what basis he claims that our product is counterfeit, he is actually trying to BLACKMAIL and EXTORT US.
He failed to checked our products and confirm that we are selling genuine products and not counterfeit. This is just third party seller who is doing that to eliminate competition on very dishonest way, so they can sell product for very high price.
This person has several companies that are selling on amazon and each company has very low feedback rating.
1st company rating is 18%
2nd Company rating is 20%
3rd company rating is 38%
Also on most of the products he is selling only these 3 companies are showing up.
We can not understand how come seller can have rating of 18% and 20% and still be selling on amazon. They are still active and I am usually scared if my rating is close to 92%.
Only explanation is they have somebody at amazon protecting them.
Also, they should know that false counterfeit compliant sent to Amazon is the is the False Statement described in the Law and can be qualified as a publication of the false accusations.
We have sent all documents to amazon and we are still getting denied.
One more thing Amazon Counterfeit Department does not know definition of COUNTERFEIT. So do we really have to do their job and investigate ? Also every time they send different answer and they should know that COUNTERFEIT has noting to do with Owner Rights or Licensing Agreement, this is simple case of false Counterfeit accusation.
We are talking about apples and Counterfeit Department answer is about oranges.
We are also in contact with our attorney in order to file lawsuit against this seller.Also Amazon is partly responsible and they should be aware of the sellers who are trying to eliminate competition with false accusations.

All IP complaints can be retracted with an invoice from an authorized distributor or LOA from the brand, EVAXO.
If you provide this to Amazon, you do not need to pay the $100 that EVAXO is trying to charge.

I do see that the EVAXO brand is doing shady business. They list well recognized branded merchandise (Frito Lay, Tyson Foods, among others) under their brand.
When clicking on the the brand in any of their listing, instead of going to an Evaxo brand page, is just brings back to the search page result for "Evaxo."
How did you get entailed in this? Dis you list branded merchandise under "Evaxo?"

This sounds like it may appear as a "counterfeit without a test buy". These situations occur when the brand or intellectual property is being used without their permission. These concerns when raised to us result in this type of issue.

As you've mentioned your documentation is being rejected. When you review what @Seller_8sP6ffckcRn6v mentioned, if these listings are under a different brand, that you do not have authorization to use will result in an intellectual property complaint like these.
Although I cannot speak for another individual having authorization to apply their brand to other products as this could be a violation it self, I can advise the importance to verify 100% that your products match the listing page including the brand an use of intellectual properties on the listing. If the brand of the listing is different than the product, you will require prior authorization or approval to avoid infringement concerns.

I had a similar problem, someone unknown noticed a complaint and the publication was taken down under the accusation of counterfeit. I have been trying to resolve the problem with Amazon for more than a month, with invoices, letter of authorization. Nothing has helped. Now you must remove the inventory, which is more than 200 units. This is absurd.
