Anyone having this replacement order issue
We are getting buyers asking for return, replacements. They are NOT returning the original items but the second order (the replacement) is clearing. We now are expected to ship the second order for free when they didnt return the first. Then we are also blocked from filing a Safe T Claim. So buyer now has two items for the price of one

Thank you for posting your inquiry to the Forums.
For context, eligible Seller Fulfilled Prime and seller-fulfilled network buyers now have the option to select a replacement for returns that are eligible under thePrepaid return label program should the original item arrive damaged, defective, or materially different.
Please advise if the item(s) that contain a returnless resolution rule set as those will have the option of a returnless replacement. You can include the related order ID number to this thread and I can take a look.

We just got two of these today. I saw them pending last night before I left, and then they had already popped through this morning. I thought it was kind of odd how fast that happened, but still proceeded to pack and ship them off like normal...
... I just checked tracking for both and neither Replacement Return has gone through the USPS yet 🤡.
Turns out one of the Replacement/Returns also had a note from the buyer saying "I'll just keep it and buy another one elsewhere".... yet it went through on our end as a Replacement order, and now we are out two copies of the same thing.
This is 100% new as I have never experienced anything like this before and it's just another way for people to scam all of us.
