Did not recevied any damage return form customer

did not received any damage return form customer and nothing is showing in manage return and customer report. Received a mail form amazon side regarding product is damage but still did not received my product and money is detected form my account. please clarify the issue. If product is damage i want my product back or return my money ASAP.

The Main problem is the team sitting in back office they are only trying not to settle claim even i am getting wrong product and other used product and the team has not settled my reimbursement , they are asking submit proof that u have sent this item . now the moral of the story is u have submit your video when u are sending your product ,and with return also they are asking video , this is really tedious job .
and i think 1% customer is like when u sent your goods in return they will sent you empty box or used waste product .
For this Amazon has identify all these customer along with courier guy who is doing all these things .

The main problem here is that sellers like @aapka_decor do not understand that this is Seller Forum and NOT Seller Support. We cannot clarify anything or meet demands of return or money. ASAP or not. Why should we ? How can another seller provide seller support to a seller ? Seller have to contact Amazon Seller Support to get answers for a particular problem.
Sellers can only provide assistance to fellow sellers to the extend of similar experience.
As far the problem is concerned, the product is generally returned in few days or if lost, will be reimbursed by Amazon in around one-two months. Manage Returns shows only Customer Returns and not Courier return. Visit the order detail and check the tracking. The status of package should be visible.
