SAFE T CLAIM BIG ISSUE WITH SELLER's

This problem is face by everyone. Does anyone have an idea why is this happening so ? My claim being denied since November stating the same reason and we literally didn't exceed the limit , it was our 1st claim in the last 40 days ?

If this will go on continuously , we can't any longer on Amazon coz there are so many frauds returns in which our products are stole and if Amazon can't cover the losses , we can't afford to sell. Does anyone have any information as why it is happening , coz this is a new issue, before november , almost every safe-t claim was getting approved.

Yes, Amazon is bullying the Sellers in each and every possible way. SAFE T claims are being rejected and they are asking for a Video proof of the parcel when it was packed without which no claims are being granted.

How the hell on earth is it possible to take videos everyday of 500 parcels being packed & sent out and keep the same with Order ID records and then find the particular order id video to raise the SAFE T Claim? This is ridiculous and they just don't budge as Robots are assigned to manage the sellers wherein human support is only for the customers as it's a customer centric company.

We have same issue fraud return and safety claim limit reached. We have video proof but they are not consider it and deny claim.

recently i had faced a same problem. the buyer had stoled my item and returned the parcel with a fake item.

i had a video recording while packing parcel and also a video recording while receiving. so i got full claim amount.

amazon hasn't have any rule or procedure to stop such fraud at the buyer's end. this is a huge loophole at amazon's side.

though i had got my amount from safeT claim , but actually amazon had lost the double amount, half part to the buyer and half part from safet claim to seller. and that buyer had got the item in free.

amazon cant fix this loophole.
