Buyer left product review in the Feedback section, please help

The buyer left a product review in the feedback section, claiming that I "didn't provide instructions for the product." However, there are clear instructions provided directly in the product description. Plus, the customer violated Amazon's feedback policy, as their review was not a service review, but a product review. I contacted Amazon many times, but I have only received this exact message every time:
"We have reviewed your request regarding the feedback for order 112-6350705-0682652 about installation instructions. After thorough evaluation, we maintain that this feedback does not violate our removal policies and will remain on your account. This is our final decision. You can address this situation by either contacting the buyer directly to resolve their concern, or by posting a public reply through Feedback Manager to provide your perspective. To post a public reply, visit Feedback Manager in Seller Central and select "Post a public reply" under the Actions column for this order."
I have tried contacting the buyer many times, but they have not replied back. As you can see, this buyer's feedback is a clear violation of Amazon's feedback policy.
Please help me out. I would really appreciate it.
